The Mansion on Turtle Creek chef Dean Fearing is once again mixing his two favorite arts, cooking and rock 'n' roll. He's bringing a special guest who, in turn, is bringing a special gift to the May 21 Guys & Grills class at the Mansion.
Former Van Halen lead singer Sammy Hagar will be the celebrity bartender at the men's cooking class. Sammy is bringing plenty of his signature Cabo Wabo tequila to serve the guys.
While hanging out in Guadalajara, Mexico, Sammy came up with the Cabo Wabo recipe and began making it and aging it in oak casks. It is now the house brand at his Cabo Wabo nightclub in Cabo San Lucas at the tip of Baja.
